A new polish developer Gingerbread Studios has just announced a new FPS for both the PC and Xbox 360.
Titled The Protector, it will feature two different characters Jonathan Kane a British mercenary and glamorous US archaeologist Jennifer Guile. The game begins when these former lovers are reunited following the murder of Jennifer’s father, by new terrorist organization Scarlet Vengeance.
Features will include:
- Two distinct gameplay modes - tactical shooting action (Kane) and tense, stealth action (Jennifer)
- Enter into third-person mode when in cover to acquire a better overview of your surroundings
- Enemies intelligently seek out and utilize cover
- Disarm enemies by shooting the weapons from their hands, leaving the enemies vulnerable
- Fully interactive world
- Wide range of enemy types
- Intriguing plot featuring two very different endings, depending on your choices
- Challenging puzzles and mini games
