Just got some breaking information on the latest edition of Grand Theft Auto, titled GTA: Chinatown Wars.
The game centers around the Triad mafia in Chinatown. It’s not said if it’s Liberty City or some new city, but it’s obviously being centered around Chinatown. This game marks the very first GTA game to be on a Nintendo system. That’s right, gamers, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars will be played on the Nintendo DS. Nintendo generally steers clear of ultraviolent video games such as GTA, but I guess the times have changed. This is an all new story, not a continuation of IV or III, so get ready for some all new action! Here’s the press release:

I know I’m fairly excited for this release. How well it will actually play is still to be seen, but I will definitely be picking this one up. Maybe there will be WiFi multiplayer, who knows. We’ll be sure to keep you guys updated as the information comes in.
