Publisher THQ and Developer Blitz Arcade have announced that they will be releasing “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?” on Xbox Live Arcade this week.

Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? will include 6,000 questions divided over 21 specific subjects in all.  Players will compete in all new knowledge contests with up to four friends over Xbox Live, or play against computer controlled opponents for a chance to win a fictitious grand prize of one million dollars.

Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? is scheduled for release on XBLA on October 29th for 1200 Microsoft Points.
