Activision has just announced that they are stepping up to the plate, and hitting it out of the park this summer. Little League World Series 2008, which will take on the cel-shaded look of MLB Power Pros released earlier this year. The game which is currently in development will be an exclusive title for both the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. The Nintendo Wii version of the game will use motion control for batting, pitching and fielding. While the Nintendo DS version will use stylus control, along with the same cel-shaded graphics. Players will have the option of choosing one of sixteen available teams, that include eight international and eight from the United States. Other features include skill challenges, and the ability to customize a character. Baseball fans get ready for Activision’s take on the sport, as Little League World Series is due to step up to the plate on August 5th.
